SAP DMS Server Upgrade from sap db 7.3 to Max db 7.9

Dear Experts

We are in planning to upgrade SAP DMS server from sapdb 7.3.00.35 to max db 7.9 in windows 2012 64 bit

Presently we are on win 2003 32 bit and upgrading to max db 7.9 in windows 2012

We are following 2 step process for Upgrading this DMS as per SAP inst Guides.

1. sapdb 7.3.00.35 to max db 7.5.00 on windows 2003

2.max db 7.5.00 to max db 7.9.00 on windows 2012

Please provide us the steps to follow for DB upgrade and data migration

Pls let me know your views and known issues.
