SuccessFactors to SAP BW - Delta issue/ Source based CDC in SF

We have following integration scenario -

Source system is SuccessFactors (SF).  Recruitment data (large volume 150 GB+) need to be extracted and loaded into SAP BW.

A way to extract delta (daily change) for recruitment data from SF is very much needed. SAP BO Data Services 4.2 with SF adapter is to be used for extracting data from SF.

If you have come across source based CDC solution for SuccessFactors, please help.
